Okay so your saying to yourself, I know HTC didn't launch a quad-band Diamond so what's up with Bongo making such a statement. Actually, the HTC Diamond has always been quad-band right from the start but because of market sharing and a little pressure from a certain network provider we only saw two different tri-band versions.

It seems the new Apple iPhone 3G will be difficult to acquire for non network provider resellers like ourselves. All iPhones being released in Canada on July 11th will all be sold to network providers only. Apple iPhones stores in Canada will not be selling the iPhone 3G and additionally we have been told that Apple stores in the USA will be selling the iPhone 3G but unlike the old iPhone the new 3G version will require an activation with at&t. Apple has really done their homework this time round on controlling the market share with the new iPhone.

Oh yes! HTC just announced their next product called HTC Touch Pro aka The HTC Raphael. Who is this gadget is intended for? It could be for the business people or white collar guy. Or not at all, it is just for nothing but to block the 3G iPhone impression. Perhaps you don’t believe me right now, but the market behavior tend to say it so.
