| Introduction |
Before
we begin here a are few things we need to do before we get started
1)
Apple computers are not compatible for this service.....sorry
2) You will need internet connection for this service
3) You will require a USB data cable designed for your phone
4) You will need to turn off any firewall's on your PC and in some cases
anti virus too, if you are at a work place that is behind a firewall,
it likely will not work
5) You should be somewhat familiar with installing drivers and know how
to unzip a file and extract it
6) You'll need a disallowed SIM card on hand to enter your code at the
final stage.
If
you feel that your ready to move forward we can begin the instructions
on how to unlock your phone using our software

1

If
you have not already downloaded our software and drivers you can do
so now.
It
will probably be best to download the drivers into a folder where you
know where you can find then later, for example, you can make a folder
on your C drive and call it Mpx driver.

Step 2 |
With
your phone turn on, plug in your USB cable into your PC or laptop and
the other end into your Vxxx. If you speakers are on you should hear Windows
making a sound connecting, if you don't there is a problem which we can
later look into the troubleshooting section.

Open
up the executable file, the dog bone icon.

Step 4

Go
to the Settings tab first and this is where you will enter your username
and password that was issued to you by us, please enter it carefully
and note that it is case sensitive. HINT: you can take off the asterisk
by pressing the small gray box to the right of the address field.

Next
make sure that you enter the correct server. We will let you know what
server to use but if one server does not work you can always try the
other one.

Drop
the models list and choose your model, this is important that we choose
the correct model, here we are choosing V551 but you will choose the
model of your phone.

Now
go to the Service tab and click the Flash Mode button, this will put
your phone into bootloader mode. Your phone's display will change and
will either show a black screen with white text, blank white screen
or all black screen, which ever your phone displays is normal for this
procedure. Your wizard should now pop up and install your drivers, if
this doesn't happen it's because you have already had them on before.

Step 8 |
If
by chance when doing step 7 that your phone does not go into bootloader
mode then you can do it manually. Stop the flash mode process and close
the client software. Turn off your phone and then press and hold the star
(*) and pound (#) key togther at the same time and press the power key for
about 4 or 5 seconds until you see the bootloader screen then let go. At
this time your new found hardware wizard should pop up and then you can
proceed to step 9. |

Windows
won't find the driver itself so you'll have to point it to the folder
manually, so choose advanced and then next.

Include
the location and browse for your folder that you created for your drivers...I
called mine P2K and put it on my C drive but you can name it what you
want.

Highlight
your folder and then click ok.

Click
Next.

Let
windows finish installing.

Continue
anyway.

Let
windows finish installing.

There
your done......click finished.

Step

Now
you should see Done in the Service tab, if it hangs for any reason,
simply unplug your USB cable from your phone and insert it again and
turn on the phone. Just make sure your phone is in bootloader mode,
otherwise your phone cannot be unlocked.

Now
go over to your Unlock tab and simply click Unlock. Your phone will
then connect to our server and in about 5 seconds you will see Unlocked
OK.

Now
the exciting part, unlpug your cable, take off your battery and insert
a SIM card of your choice, insert your battery and turn it on. That's
it.
