| Introduction |
Before
we begin here a are few things we need to do before we get started
1)
Apple computers are not compatible for this service.....sorry
2) You will need internet connection for this service
3) You will require a USB data cable designed for your phone
4) You will need to turn off any firewall's on your PC and in some cases
anti virus too, if you are at a work place that is behind a firewall,
it likely will not work
5) You should be somewhat familiar with installing drivers and know how
to unzip a file and extract it
6) You'll need a disallowed SIM card on hand to enter your code at the
final stage.
If
you feel that your ready to move forward we can begin the instructions
on how to unlock your phone using our software

Step 1
|
If
you have not already downloaded our software and drivers you can do
so now.
It
will probably be best to download the drivers into a folder where you
know where you can find then later, for example, you can make a folder
on your C drive and call it Mpx driver.

Step 2 |
With
the battery complete off your phone plug in your USB cable into your PC
or laptop and the other end into your MPx220. If you speakers are on you
should hear Windows making a sound connecting, if you don't there is a
problem which we can later look into the troubleshooting section.

Step 3
|
Likely
Windows won't find the driver itself so you'll have to point it to the
folder manually, so choose advanced and then next.
|

Step 4
|
Include
the location and browse for your folder that you created for your drivers...I
called mine MPx2xx and put it on my C drive but you can name it what
you want.

Step 5 |
Highlight
your folder and then click ok.
|
Step 6 |
Click
next.
|
Step 7 |
Let
Windows install.
|
Step 8 |
Choose
continue anyway.
|
Step 9 |
Let
windows finish installing.
|
Step 10 |
There
your done ...click finished. Now your ready to unlock.
|
Step 11 |
Open
up the executable file, the dog bone icon.
|
Step 12 |
Go
to the Settings tab first and this is where you will enter your username
and password that was issued to you by us, please enter it carefully
and note that it is case sensitive. HINT: you can take off the asterisk
by pressing the small gray box to the right of the address field.

Step 13 |
Next
make sure that you enter the correct server. We will let you know what
server to use but if one server does not work you can always try the
other one.

Step 14 |
Drop
the models list and choose your model, this is important that we choose
the correct model, here we are choosing MPX220.

Step 15 |
Now
go over to the Unlock tab...your ready to unlock so just click it.

Step 16 |
Here
you should be seeing the bar graph move while it's connecting to our
server.

Step 17 |
Once
it reaches 100% please wait a few seconds for it to receive the data.
You will see your codes appear in the address field. You can drop it
down to see more information about your phone but the important code
is the NCK code, this will be the one we will be entering into your
phone.

Step 18 |
Now
here's the part you've been waiting for. Remove your cable and put in
a disallowed SIM card, in other words, if the MPx220 is an AT&T
phone then we need to put in any SIM card other than an AT&T SIM,
hopefully you'll already have a card handy, perhaps a Cingular, T-Mobile,
Rogers, or Fido card. Insert this card and battery and turn the unit
on. After the phone boots up you'll see one address field to enter your
code.....go ahead and enter that NCK code CAREFULLY, you only have 3
chances to enter the correct code. Click DONE and that's it, watch your
phone grab your network, it's that easy, enjoy your phone and of course
