Repairs

At Bongo Wireless we offer an extensive range of cellular repair services. If you require repair to your wireless device, whether it is a hardware or a software problem we offer a competitive price and a quick turn around time. We do all our repairs in house so no sending out phones. If we are not busy and the repair is minor or a cosmetic issue we can offer you repairs on-site while you wait. Rates may vary on the type of repair. 

There is a $25.00 diagnostic fee to find the problem of your device as this is to cover the cost of the technicians time to diagnose your mobile phone. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with your estimate which we will inform you before we begin any work but you will be charged the diagnostic fee if you decline the repair, we cannot repair your phone because your phone may be non repairable due to liquid or physical damage and or not economical to repair. if it's agree to the estimate fee and tell us to proceed with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived and a full estimate will be charged. Upon opened inspected phones,  liquid or extreme physically damaged phones will be considered non repairable but still may be repaired using ultrasonic cleaning, please inquire. Please note that we specialize in out of warranty or grey market devices.

If your phone is under warranty with the manufacturer, all customers should and are encouraged to send there phone in to their vendor, network provider or authorized service centre for service since it will be no cost to you. We will not turn away a customer with a warranted phone but you will be charged for the repair even if it is under warranty with the manufacturer. Please contact your network provider for more information.

We offer three (3) months warranty on all our repair work, except liquid damage. Warranty is only applicable to the actual repair done and does not apply to separate issue's that may arise thereafter. Warranty is not offered on repaired liquid damaged devices. Since liquid is extremely devastating to the PCB components we cannot 100% guarantee that no other problems will occur thereafter.

We have an onsite technician that can, in most cases repair your cellular device while you wait, in some cases we may ask you to come back in hour or two and in worst case senario we will ask you to come back the next day or more, (parts permitted). Loaner phones will be loaned to you free of charge permitted we have one available. Here is our hours of onsite technician.

We suggest the best way to have your repair done fast and efficiently is to call first, (especially if you are driving a far distance), to see if we may have the parts in stock for your particular mobile device, also, we cannot control if our technicain may call in sick and we may not be abe to reapir your phone that day. Second, try not to come after 5:30pm, if you walk in ten to fifteen mintues before we close we likely won't be able to repair your phone until the following day, (excluding weekends). We promise to do our best to accomodate your repair needs.
