Payment
We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal as a means of a quick, secure payment. If you do not have a major credit card or you do not feel comfortable using your credit card over the internet and you bank online using one of many Canadian major financial institutions you can pay by Interac Online or you can pay by PayPal if you already have an account. We normally do not accept checks or money orders but we will in some exceptions as long as you agree that they clear before we ship your product or service. Credit cards accepted by us are Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Other payments accepted are Interac Online and PayPal. Please note that American customers sending a money must send an international money order. All online payments are 100% secure using 128 bit SSL encryption with GeoTrust, a recognized e-commerce SSL company. All of our credit card and Interac online payments are handled by PSI Gate. made to the sellers billing address. All Ontario residents must pay GST & PST on all sales and service. Others Canadian Provinces will pay only their respected tax. Americans pay no tax. Please note that if you choose to pay us by your credit card, your billing address and shipping address must be the same. We will ONLY ship your items to the billing address of the credit card holder, no exceptions. We do not accept local pick ups for online payments. Items paid by PayPal will be ONLY accepted if you are "Confirmed Address". We will we send your item/s to the confirmed address only, no exceptions. We do not accept payments from International countries except United States of America.
Shipping and Handling Rates
For fast and reliable shipping of all of our products we only use reliable courier companies. We only use Purolator, FedEx and UPS to ship within Canada. A flat rate for shipping & handling within Canada is $15.00 CAD. For our American customers we only use FedEx and UPS to ship out products. A flat rate for shipping & handling to the USA is $25.00CAD. If you are shipping a phone to us for a service whether it be for repair, unlocking or a firmware upgrade you can ship to our main address. Please package it well and send only what is needed and always send detailed information about what services you need and all contact information. You will have to pay for return shipping. Sometimes when shipping your phone to us from the US will incur duties and taxes depending on the value you set it at. Below $15 there is no charges. Any taxes we have to pay to receive it in Canada will be charged back to you. If you would like a different method of return shipping or you have your own courier account you will have to notify us in advanced. All pricing on our website does not include return shipping and must be incurred by the customer. Going through the checkout will add the appropriate amount depending where you are. If you would like us to use your companies courier account number to return ship then call or email us the account number. Please note that if you send us a phone by a courier company and do not include a prepaid waybill or other instructions it will be sent back by Purolator, FedEx, or UPS and you will be billed for the return shipping cost. We do not ship internationally. All orders made online after 4:00pm (EST) will be processed the next day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
We always ship overnight but if you want a slower and more inexpensive method you must notify us by phone or email in advanced. We cannot be held responsible for the length of time it arrives to your door due to delay in customs. For our American customers they will be responsible for any duties, brokerage or taxes that your country may charge you if applicable. Additionally we cannot be held responsible if your phone get's lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We will do everything necessary and cooperate fully with you and the shipping company to retrieve or collect insurance for your device in the unfortunate mishap.
Return and Exchange Policy
All purchases made online or walk in have a period of 7 days to return or exchange their product. All customers that return or exchanged their product within 7 days will incur a 25% restocking fee as the product cannot be sold again as brand new. There is no exceptions. The restocking fee will go towards the reduction of price of the used product and be sold as open box. If within those 7 days the product is slightly damaged which includes cosmetic damage will be examined and determined approximate value and an additional costs will be deducted from the purchase price. Physical or liquid damaged phones will not be excepted. Other price deductions will incur if the box is damaged, items are missing such as chargers, batteries, headsets, CD's, user manuals, etc. If the customer has tampered with the firmware by modifying, changing, or using unauthorized firmware such as cooked ROM's or other firmwares other than what was sold originally will be considered tampered with and will not be excepted as a return or exchange. After 7 days we will not except your device as a return or exchange. Calling us or emailing us within the 7 days to inform us that you cannot come in until a later date will not be excepted. For hygienic reasons we will not accept returns or exchanges on Bluetooth or corded headsets unless they are defective. All sales are final on these items. All remote IMEI's that are submitted in error by the customer in our remote unlocking checkout cart will not be refunded. We purchase our remote unlocks in bulk from our supplier and we are not reimbursed.
Warranty
Bongo Wireless offers a limited 6 months warranty on all new products. Additional warranty can be purchased by the consumer. The limited warranty for the product begins on the date of the sale of the Product to the original purchaser ("Consumer") of the Product. It is not assignable or transferable to any
subsequent purchaser or user. During the limited warranty period, Bongo Wireless will repair, or replace, at Bongo Wireless's sole option, defective parts, or parts that will not properly operate for their intended use, with new, used or refurbished parts if needed because of product malfunction or failure during normal usage. The limited warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetics, decorative or structural items including framing and non-operative parts, and expenses related to removing or reinstalling the Product. Bongo Wireless does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product.
Consumer shall have no coverage or benefits under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
a) The Product has been subjected to physical abuse, exposure to moisture or dampness, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, improper installation, shipping damage or other acts which are not the fault of Bongo Wireless.
b) The product has been damaged from external causes such as collision with an object, or from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake or damage from exposure to weather conditions, an Act of God, or battery leakage, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source, or damage caused by software viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan Horses, or cancelbots or by connection to products not recommended for interconnection by Bongo Wireless.
c) Bongo Wireless was not advised in writing by Consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the Product within fourteen (14) days after the expiration of the applicable limited warranty period.
d) The Product serial number plate or the accessory data code has been removed, defaced or altered.
If warranty repair is needed, the Consumer should return their Product to Bongo Wireless for repair or replacement. Consumer shall bear the cost of returning the Product to Bongo Wireless and shall provide a copy of an itemized receipt showing the date of purchase. Bongo Wireless may, at its sole option, refund the price paid by Consumer less a reasonable amount for usage. Bongo Wireless is not responsible for any loss of data during repair.
Site Errors
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Because we purchase most of products from other countries, the exchange rates changes daily and therefore price protection cannot be honoured. While Bongo Wireless strives to insure that www.bongowireless.com or www.bongowireless.net or www.bongowireless.ca is accurate and complete, we cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions. Errors will be corrected where discovered and Bongo Wireless reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bongo Wireless will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Bongo Wireless reserves the right to, without notice, make changes to www.bongowireless.com or www.bongowireless.net or www.bongowireless.ca including without limitation with respect to products offered, product information, availability, content and pricing, and may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of use of www.bongowireless.com or www.bongowireless.net or www.bongowireless.ca Your continued use of www.bongowireless.com or www.bongowireless.net or www.bongowireless.ca will be conditioned upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use.
Important notice: Any device that arrives at our facility for any service to be provided by us and does not accompany any information of the customer's email address , phone number, fax number, or return address or no contact information at all, will sit here at our facitly for a period of 90 days. After which time if the customer has not made any attemps to contact us via fax, email or phone we will then keep your device and sell it or scrap out for parts to recover our costs. If you have sent your contact information with your device and we cannot reach you after serveral attemps with the information that you have provided us and you have not contacted us within the 90 days you give up all ownership rights to your device and we have the rights to sell it or scrap it for parts to recoup our costs. We will make all efforts in the 90 days to contact you as we have no interest in keeping your device but if we receive no answer within this time then we reserve the right to keep your device and sell it or use it for parts.
