We are absolutely sure the code will work without a doubt, therefore we need this video proof in order to issue any refund. 2) If you cannot provide a video clip then you have the option to either come into our shop in person or mail or courier your phone to us. When we receive your device we will enter our code and we see there is a code error, we will issue a full refund and pay for all shipping costs incurred. If enter our code and your phone shows "Phone Freeze", "Phone Locked" or "Not Allowed" you will not receive a refund and you will have to pay for all shipping costs incurred. If your unlock code is Not Found on the server, we will cancel the transaction and issue you a full refund.
